Information collected
Contact and feedback forms collect the fields you submit, privacy consent version, and submission timestamps. Rate limiting uses a keyed hash of the network address, never the raw IP in the inquiry record. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
Purpose and recipients
Inquiry information is used to answer requests and improve the planned service. Configured infrastructure providers may include Vercel, Neon, and Resend. Notifications go to the operator’s designated inbox.
Retention and your requests
Proposed inquiry retention is 12 months after the last business interaction; rate-limit records should be purged after expiry. Ask through the contact form for access, correction, or deletion. Mailbox copies and provider logs require separate deletion procedures.
Before public launch
This notice is a draft. The operator must supply its legal identity, address, privacy contact, lawful bases, applicable rights, international transfer safeguards, and final retention periods before collecting public production submissions.
